"I originally posted a happy, 5 star review. Our Auto policy would still have a 5 star review. However, our home is on 5 acres so we have a Farm/Ranch policy instead of a Home Owners policy. They tell us the Farm policy is causing our problems, though the company is State FARM. Our policy was supposed to match what we had with another company, but be $900 cheaper. After almost 3 months, we still have no copy of the policy, or a receipt for the full payment we gave them. We are told two items that should have been insured are not - though we paid extra for one of them. Our liability was cut to 1/5 of the value of the old policy, and they lowered the value of our home $40,000 from what we agreed on, then raised it almost $100,000. They have told us we owe more, but 3 weeks after telling us to pay more, they still can't give us a final price."
